Hmm.. oh yes, on Australia Day I was at Carss Park volunteering with St John.
Yay, very fun. I learn about all this stuff they have to do when someone is sick or when there's an emergency.
Man, the bags we have to carry when going on patrol is DEAD HEAVY.

so.. what happened today?

MOVIES! Do you know how long I've been waiting to watch sherlock holmes 2?
EVER SINCE THE FIRST ONE ENDED! like.. a year ago :'(
Man I love Sherlock Holmes stories, I actually read during wide reading because of them.
For those who haven't, you should great the many great Sherlock Holmes short stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle :)
I borrowed it as an e-book off Hurstville Library :)

Anyhow, for once I actually got to the station early. Actually, it wasn't really for ONCE, I've done it before, but  let's hope it lasts and isn't just a lucky streak :D

We caught the train, blah blah blah.
We met up with Sarah, blah blah blah.
We went and bought tickets, blah blah blah.
We bought food and drinks and stuff, blah blah blah.

Then the mean cinema dude didnt let us in because we had food. Dammit.
Had to stuff down my burger in 5 minutes! Whyyyyy And my drink too! Good thing I'd already finished around half from before. So much for saving it up for the movie =="

Isn't ironic that Annie Spent $7 something to save her $4 drink? trololololololol

It kinda annoys me a little when H talks about all the stuff her parents buy.
Then again why should it effect me? I'm happy with what I have.
Some things are more important than bags and shoes in life.

Happy Chinese New Year Eve!

Today I went to the city with my parents to just walk about and have a look at the festivities.
Kinda boring. I've never seen Belmore Park so full of people before (btw, that's the park outside central). They had like, millions of stalls, a big stage and fooood. It was kinds expensive so I didnt get any.

Next we went to market city. I must say, Dangerfield has slowly become one of my favourite stores there. Except it's a little pricey for my income. Maybe when I earn more I'll shop there more :)
I got a new pair of flats since I only have a black pair and they suck when I'm wearing leggings under.
I also got a pair of sunnies.

Next we headed over to the Tempe Ikea. Dad bought some lightbulbs and I got a soft serve and hot dog. Yum yum! I love Ikea food :P

IT'S MY 300TH POST! HEHEHEHEHHE (Y)

It's almost Chinese New Year! This year it falls on Monday, so basically it's the 29th day of the last month today. So what did I do?

Well at first I was just planning to laze around at home doing nothing. You know, that's my plan everyday!
Moo woke me up by texting me at 9. GG, but then I didnt get out of bed until around 11. I know, LAZY MISH MUCH?

Got up, ate and Christine told me to come out so I was like, oh fine then.
There was some Chinese New Year Festival in Hurstville today so I decided to go out and have a look. Not too much that was exciting. We bumped into the Salvos stall and the SWCCC stall. So funny, they were selling cup noodles! The SWCCC gave us tattoos so that was cool. Stephen Ko and Nelson Siu were there and we had a nice chat about school subjects, tutoring, cucumbers, durians and how NSGs are the best :)

The festival had a petting farm too! Except it was like crap. Literally, the place smelt like pure crap. Eurgh, so we headed over to Meet Fresh and grabbed some OVER PRICED DESSERT THING. OMG since when did it get so exp?? It's meant to be $5 something right? Why is it $6 now???????? :'(

Then we just hung around and watched Annie's beloved dragon dance show thingo. Sorry, but um, it sucked. A lot. I got bored after 30 seconds of it. Plus, it was only like, 2 mins longs. rip! Not that I paid for it or anything..

Then people got hungry again. Christine bought a tasteless "fried" rice. Bro, it was almost definitely STEAMED. Then not much happened. We bumped into Winnie in her dress store. Pretty cool! it looked like she owned the place! I'd like to work in some place chill like that! :D

So yes, that was basically my day. I still have a family dinner tonight. People are coming over and I don't think it'll be very much fun. Oh well... Sighhhhhhhhhh

Sorry for that slightly depressing post, here's something more interesting.

I got a new phone on Sunday! So exciting!
It's the LG Optimus 7, a windows phone. Now i slightly wish I got an Android, since there are more apps, but that's ok, I'm not a massive app user anyway.


I really like my phone! I've been wanting to change for a long while now.
I really didn't like my old block phone ==" Plus it was only $170 unlocked. I'm going on a TPG plan.\
