miss me? I KNOW YOU DO!
The holidays have arrived and half of it has already past!
Let's hope everyone was more productive than me this past week.
Basically all I've been doing is sitting at home watching movies and making food. And not as much food as I hoped!
OUR TWENTY YEAR OLD TOASTER BROKE DOWN!!!
Noooooooo it's older than my 19 year old sister! (According to my parents)
Yes, quite a tragedy. But we must live on! Even if it means toasting our raisin toast in the grill :'(
Today I FINALLY did something with my family. We went to the Minnamurra Rainforest down south past Wollongong. Except we did take a bit of an accidental detour and ended up driving all the way to Kiama. That's WAY down south... We bought some ice-cream and walked around but there wasn't much to see.
It's really pretty there except it was really cold. There were so many pretty trees that were furry with moss and there was a pretty waterfall. Both Patti and Dad are photographer people so YES there were plenty of stops. To take close up photos of moss and fungi. YAY FUNGI!
My parents love going bush walking. Ahh the beautiful country/rainforest air! So fresh! So invigorating!
DID YOU KNOW?
There's some place called Sublime Point. Apparently it's pretty Sublime xD
One day I want to go on a road trip all around Australia in one of those bogan camper-vans. And then do all those aussie things in all the towns on the way. HOW COOL AND AUSSIE!
I also want to go to New York one day. Have you SEEN Manhattan on google maps? It's basically in island rows and rows of blocks that are in perfect order with a massive park in the middle. HOW COOL.
And Canberra is structured in circles! And in the centre are the Parliament Houses with patriotic named roads leading out. Haha Sydney Avenue!
OH AND DID I MENTION?
I BOUGHT A SEWING MACHINE.
This is the ebay photo because I ceebs to take my own.
Yes, I know it's a Janome, but it's not one of those dodgy plastic ones that cost way more and aren't that great. This was only $89 plus $27.50 postage so altogether $116.50!
And plus, it's completely solid metal so it's basically unbreakable. OPPS! Dont jinx it! It sews so nicely and has 1000000 extra feet on the top storage compartment.
I'm still sad I didnt get a Bernina, but they cost at least 3 times more! I'm hoping this one will do me happy! :D
ALSO! I'm thinking of joining the Air Force Cadets, or something of the equivalent. Army? Navy? I don't know yet, but I hope it'll be fun. My parents let me! ^_^
So yeah! My week summarised, basically.
Happy Holidays!

Random Fact #64
I'm not as excited for that Aussie Kpop concert as everyone expects me to be.
To be honest, kpop is kind of... hmmm... now.
